Service Delivery & Client Responsibilities

Remote Digital Delivery

Services are provided remotely. Deliverables may be supplied through email, a secure download link, a shared project platform, a client-owned account, or another agreed digital method. No physical product or in-person service is included unless expressly stated in writing.

Project Start

A project is scheduled after required payment, instructions, content, approvals, and account access are received. An estimated start or delivery date is not guaranteed until these dependencies are complete.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are good-faith estimates. Timing may change because of scope changes, delayed feedback, third-party platform issues, technical limitations, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside reasonable control. We will communicate material schedule changes when practical.

Client Materials and Access

The Client must provide accurate content, properly licensed assets, safe access methods, and clear decision-making authority. Passwords should not be sent through insecure channels. The Client should revoke temporary access when the project is complete and maintain independent backups of all accounts, websites, and files.

Review and Acceptance

The Client must review delivered work for accuracy, functionality, links, spelling, pricing, claims, image rights, accessibility needs, and legal or platform compliance before publication. Unless a different review period is stated in writing, a material issue should be reported within seven calendar days after delivery. Silence does not waive non-waivable legal rights, but delayed feedback may affect scheduling and available remedies.

Revisions

Only revisions expressly included in the written scope are included in the project price. Revision requests should be consolidated and specific. New concepts, new content, additional pages or sizes, platform migrations, or changes caused by third-party updates may require additional fees.

File Formats and Source Files

Deliverable formats will be stated in the project scope. Editable or source files are included only when expressly listed. Some third-party fonts, templates, plugins, or assets may be subject to separate licenses and may not be transferable.

Backups and File Retention

The Client is responsible for maintaining final copies and backups. We may retain working files for operational or recordkeeping purposes, but we do not guarantee indefinite storage or future file recovery. Sensitive credentials should be removed from shared systems after completion.

Post-Delivery Support

Corrections and support included after delivery are limited to the written scope and review period. Ongoing maintenance, hosting, monitoring, software updates, content changes, or third-party troubleshooting are not included unless separately purchased.

Questions, notices, privacy requests, or service concerns may be submitted through the Website contact form, by phone, or by mail using the information below.
